Can anyone recommend any good games for linux that work well on a touch-screen? I have an x230 tablet. Probably it would to mean a game that does not require complicated mouse-clicks or twitch keyboard use. Ideally, turn-based RPG, strategy, or even an RTS.

Assuming you have an x86 tablet (if it's an ARM tablet, don't bother trying to get any games from this site to run, except for games that were originally for DOS):

If you are willing to use WINE, Elminage Gothic could work well.

You could try Lords of Xulima. The game does have its flaws, but it is strictly turn-based so it should work fine.

Also, Ultima 6, Wizardry 6+7, and Might and Magic 1-5 are all strictly turn based, so they should all work without any issues. (You may need to run these games in your own copy of DOSBox.)
