IronArcturus: So today there was a Terraria update, but once again the GOG Update Icon didn't show up. Will this ever be fixed?
Your first question should be, will they even acknowledge there is a problem. At least 2 months and not even a word on this, or other topics.

I think that the fact they haven't said a single word about this problem or others is what bothers me the most. Commucation with your customers is the sign of a good company in my book.

Back when one used an ISP for many things, including e-mail. After a few duds I stumbled upon one which is rich in user features and customer support. Not only do they keep customers appraised of issues, but they are willing to say, "we screwed up, but it will be fixed in [x] number of hours [or minutes]. Now that is a good company, I still use them for my e-mail even though I moved a couple of thousand miles away.

Totally agree with you. Why aren't they open about it? It's not like it's a difficult thing to answer.
