Hello, i bought the witcher 3 wildhunt complete edition.

I payed with IDEAL and it went directly from my bank account. Ive got a 403 error after i payed. Now im still waiting for my game. In my order history there is nothing to see. And the support is also not answering to me.

I want to recieve my game i payed for…. This cant be happening

I'm having issues installing any game on gog right now. I think they're having some issues. I've been trying to install games since last night to no avail.

Not sure if this has anything to do with your problem (as a German, I don't have IDEAL), but have you switched the currency (lower left corner of the screen) to Euros?

Looks, like that (not switching currencies) was a problem in the past (see attachment).

I don't know how iDEAL works, but in case of a botched card payment, the money remains reserved. It eventually becomes available in your account after not being received by the seller for a time. In my case, this took 2 weeks (this was an issue with another site). Please first double-check the payment actually went through. If you have a support ticket open, getting a first response can take weeks.

Update: they just reponded and i have the game in my inventory!

I'm happy to hear it worked out. Hopefully this marks a new trend of faster support response times (or at least when it comes to issues like this one).
