brought cyberpunk 2077 yesterday using a code it said that it redeemed it and that i had had the game but it doesnt show up anywhere unless i go to order history and all i can do is look at the receipt

How are you trying to install it? Through the offline installer? Galaxy?

Are you using the same account here and with Galaxy?

ps: Where did you get the code in the first place?

Be warned that Humble Bundle and boxed editions are pretty much the only legitimate sources of Cyberpunk 2077 codes. If you got it from some shady third-party code reseller, save yourself the trouble and ask for a refund now. It may take GOG a while, but eventually they remove fraudulently obtained copies from user accounts. As you can see on your profile page, you have one game in your account. It should be visible in your library. Alternatively, instead of a web browser use GOG Galaxy which gets you some in-game rewards and extra features like achievements and cloud saves.

If the game really isn't visible in your library, use a web browser and open each of the following links. There won't be a confirmation message or anything, just let the page load fully, one at a time.

If there's still no change after that, you'll have to open a support ticket.

If I may ask: what was the price you paid?

Because: if the price you paid was lower than ~€30,- there's a pretty good chance, you did not buy a legit version. What does it say exactly in your order history?
