So, I'm playing CP2077 and it just says save sync failed due to heavy load. It didn't fail yesterday. It started after the new update that tells why sync failed. Games with cloud sync now take over 2 minutes to boot up. And now it's failing on my other installed GOG games as well. Control specifically took forever to boot up. Is there any timeline on when this will be fixed? I play on two different computers, and while I could symlink this to my drop box or manually copy the saves, I kinda figured that by offering this functionality you wouldn't make me find my own solution.

Fix your broken shit GOG.
It happened to me while playing another game, achievements weren't working either until I reconnected. It must be because of the huge number of people who are playing Cyberpunk 2077.
It has been happening to me as well since the 1.04 update, which is very annoying. If GOG wants me to use their galaxy app then they should make sure it can handle the load.

Happened to me too. I shut Galaxy down completely, then restarted my PC. Seemed to have fixed the issue.
I can't even play OTHER GAMES because their cloud servers are broken. I mean, really? One set of servers that a single game can break all other games?

Two days in a row now.

It fails on cloud sync, and it fails on multiplayer games like Craft the World.

I kept getting errors about cloud saves not syncing so I just disabled cloud saves completely to avoid getting the message.

Except I didn't stop getting the message, it still complains that cloud saves aren't working even though the feature is straight up disabled on Cyberpunk. It looks like not only are their cloud storage servers overloaded with Cyberpunk storage, but that Galaxy's "disable cloud saves" feature doesn't actually work, at least for Cyberpunk.

On the upside my save games are still saving and loading locally so it's just an annoying error showing up in Galaxy UI.

Hopefully they fix it soon though.
I had it with other games the other day. It took a long time to launch a game and all progress was lost. Hours later all was back to normal but since then I make sure to download the saves from the extras every time.
I logged a ticket on December 14th about the sync not working. We will see what happens eventually.

This seems to have gotten the sync to work after a few tries. At least for me.
