Apologies if a similar thread exists, I haven't seen one so far.

This thread is for sharing any temporary free trials or free events that are currently running for games that are normally paid products. This isn't for when games outright go free-to-play, this thread is specifically aimed at alerting people to any free trials and free events that are happening right now. This also isn't meant for game demos or prologues, either, as I know that at least one thread of that sort exists.

Free trials/free events are great ways for people to give a game a try before deciding to actually buy the product. They're also great for discovering games that one might otherwise pass up.

To start things off:
- Crusader Kings III is currently running a free event from March 16th through March 21st

It's VR-only, but Museum of Other Realities is currently under a free trial event.

Generation Zero is free to play until March 21.

Offword Trading Company's multiplayer is running a free weekend.

I caught this one pretty late but Barotrauma is free to play for 14 more hours.

A big one today! Watch Dogs: Legion is running a free weekend and you can get the game on sale if you enjoy it!

Additionally, Hell Let Loose is running a free event.

This is another one that I caught late but Sid Meier's Civilization VI is free for one more day.

The Elder Scrolls Online is currently running a free event that lasts for 10 days.

I speak from personal experience: this game is a must-play if you enjoy MMORPGs or the Elder Scrolls games.

Another one I caught late. TerraTech is free for six more hours.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is running a free weekend.

Three games are running free weekends right now!

Once again, the VR-only title, Museum of Other Realities, is running a two-week free trial.

Man, I really dropped the ball for these! Three free weekends, though there's only a little over a day left on each.
