I'm in for Freespace 2. I've played the first one back when I was on university, and I really loved it. I spent many nights on it and maybe it was involved in making my studies quite lengthy ;) But then I quit gaming for some years and missed part 2. I just stumbled about it here some weeks ago and immediately wishlisted it. But maybe I'm lucky here :D

Congratulations on reaching the 4-star milestone! Right now I can only think about reaching 2 stars! XD

I have always heard good things about Baldur's Gate: The Original Saga! On one hand, it was made by BioWare, the company which made Mass Effect and Dragon Age which are two of my favourite franchises ever! Another reason is because I always wanted to try out a truly old school RPG and I hear that this one's the perfect example. Not to mention the ratings it has gotten!

Never played this title before and REALLY wanted to try it. I've been searching for games with more meat on the bone. To play a game that seems like your character is much a part of the game world as all the other characters and things, creatures etc. Could this be the game right for me? I do not know. Hoping it will.

I really enjoyed Space Rangers 2. Thought this maybe a decent title until part 2 comes out. =D

EDIT: I'm interested in Raiden 3. I had a blast playing through the Raiden Legacy games and pretty much fell in love with the series. So I'd really like to have an opportunity to blast enemies in glorious poligonal graphics. :)

Since it's currently 4 bucks, you could add Outlaws in the pack for me, so that I could blast cowboys and indians Lucas Arts style. Always wanted to properly play through it, but never had an opportunity.

As long as you post a game and why you want it, before I close the giveaway, you can join whenever you want :P

I'm in as well! The $9.99 game I'd most like is Hearts of Iron. It's a strategy game (I like those, despite them being complicated at times), it's about WWII (granted, a standard setting for a videogame but I'm a history buff so I like most history settings in videogames!) and it also seems (from what I've seen by browsing on Google) that Greece is a playable faction, which is ultra cool, as I'll be able to see how I would react to the threat from Mussolini's Italy and Hitler's Germany (being able to play as your own country is always a good thing, and rare if someone isn't from the USA, France, Germany or any other of these big countries...).

Four stars! Hey, i am in! Thanks for the giveaway! I am interested in ONLY one game, which is less than 6 euros. Even if i am lucky and it ends in a promo/giveaway, i still want it and only it, without anything else, not being greedy!

This is Nosferatu. This game is a classic one. Not a triple A, not the spectacular graphics type, not the great shooter, yet still, somehow, it managed to get great score and it became loved by many people. It is a low budget gem, the very definition of a GOOD, OLD game, itself! This game wins by gameplay and atmosphere alone, no need for flashy visuals, high budget or other cr*p! It is an eff-ing example of how much you can accomplish with the lowest resources available and of how much "they don't make them like they used to"!

Gee, i love that GoG, all of a sudden, started becoming a survival horror, shooting den. Maybe we will see more titles of this genre, yumm! The reason i haven't bought it myself already and am trying to win it in a giveaway, instead, is that after Witcher 3 preorder cancellation and refund, i already bought a bunch of games and now am left with purse empty... It would be nice if i could actually win this, i couldn't possibly foresee it coming here, it caught me unawarez!

I'd love to get GOTHIC if I win this giveaway!!! It's been my #1 desired game for a long long long time. I played the demo when it was released, liked it a lot, but was never able to get the game, and to this day still have never played it. Deep RPGs are my favorite sort of game. Medieval fantasy is my favorte genre for books, games, and movies, if done well, and it pains me quite a bit to know all I know about Gothic but to have never played it. Our budget for gaming (for anything non-essential) is very limited, and I almost never buy any games not on sale because of this. I've never seen Gothic on sale the whole time I've been here, and while I am quite sure it is worth the full price (and more!), I've not even had the opportunity to plop down the dough for it, especially since it doesn't interest my girlfriend at all and we share funds.

I think other than Insomnia 90% of my posts probably are in giveaway threads. Even though I actually enter very few, they have the nice combination of threads that are a) generally positive in nature/community spirit, and b) pretty fascinating in terms of watching social behavior.

For my own personal interest, I looked at my own wishlist, and I have 19 games (out of 31 total) that are regularly priced 9.99 or below. Which is a reminder of how many great, relatively-low priced games there are here, but also how I could make a strong case for most of them as "most awesome totally want to play!" in some fashion or other.

In any case, for now I'm just going to +1 the thread and watch and +1 games other people post that I love. Like Falci I'll probably only actually enter if there's something that goes on special that weekend to stand out from a strong, crowded field of wants. ;)
