It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

By my count I just spent 3 and a half minutes trying to appease this capricious monstrosity before it let me login. I already have 2-step authentication requiring me to check my email for a security code any time my IP changes, why on earth must I also be subjected to the travesty that is the Google reCaptcha, which includes such joys as:
- Long ass delay while pictures fade out and back in.
- Randomly either makes you fail for neglecting to select tiles with a sliver of the object you're to select in them, or makes you fail for selecting them.
- Failures for no apparent reason.
- "Invalid Captcha" on trying to login even after the Captcha itself gave you the go-ahead.

Half the time now I just abandon my login attempt for a while if a Captcha shows up and try again later in the hope that it's not there. I see no reason whatsoever that it's necessary when two-step authentication is active, and consider it to be an infuriating waste of time. Because of my browser setup logging in to Steam in-browser requires email verification every time, and I still consider this less annoying than the occasional Captcha I must suffer through when logging in to GOG.

At this point I have actually bought a handful of games on Steam instead of GOG because the Captcha showed up when I went to login, I have also wished I had bought a game on Steam instead since I can download them via SteamCMD without hassle, rather than possibly having to solve Google's infernal Captcha when logging in to GOG.

For the love of god and all things holy, please get rid of reCaptcha.

I couldn't agree more on this part, it takes me much less to open my mail client and copy the Steam code than to finish the captcha.

Lately I'm getting it only on weekends where I'm very active and login > logout multiple times in the same day.
