dtgreene: Undertale. The music is contained as .ogg files in the game directory, but some of them are split in different ways compared to the soundtrack.

Also, the soundtrack includes one track that the game does not ("The Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans"). On the other hand, the game actually contains an unused music track (mus_kingdescription.ogg) that is not included in the soundtrack.
I dont have the game myself, so i thank you for the information.

Well, if the official soundtrack comes with additional titles not included in the game itself, i'd say it still qualifies for my mix.
But you also raise a new type of situation when the opposit happens (unused tracks within game folder that are not on the official OST)
I'll add a not about this particular thing, thanks

World of warcraft has huge amount of that too: you can have every disc of every OST of the game, the install folder contain many many good music tracks that are played ingame but are not in the official OST... But they are not accessible as plain ogg/mp3 files though, need to be extracted with a tool.

I mention this because when i said "Sometimes, i don't care because the music files are easily found within game directory " in my first post, i want to clarify i meant "easily accessible for non experienced users, in plain file formats such as ogg or mp3".
For me if you need dedicated tool to extract music from game files, then soundtrack is not "included" as far as my mix is concerned
Momodora removed from the mix as GOG just released the OST here
