Have the GOG versions of F.E.A.R. Platinum and Mad Max been region-locked in China?

Opening the GOG link redirects to the homepage, but they can still be purchased on Steam.

President Pooh has a giant hate-boner against ghosts, even if they're psychic projections or PTSD trauma. How Steam gets away with selling these games in China, I have no idea.

To my knowledge, only Konami has region-locked its games in China, likely due to losing a lawsuit there. Other than sexual content or hentai, most titles are still available for purchase on Steam.
