Licurg: I'll cut to the chase - the way I'm doing it right now is very slow, takes even more than a month sometimes. It's partially my fault, but we won't discuss this right now. How do you guys do it ?
As a trader I have no problems dealing with other users directly. BTC would be an easy sell. :P

Most people have trouble the other way around. It's extremely easy to find people willing to buy BTC with paypal. I'd be very, very cautious with it though. Paypal is considered very untrustworthy because it's too easy to chargeback with them.

Money arrives in my account the following (week)day. Though maybe that is not the case in Romania.

Don't most exchanges offer this? Even if you have an offline wallet (recommended), you can transfer to a secure exchange, sell them and then withdraw to a PayPal. Maybe it's like others have said due to PayPal's chargeback, exchanges are reluctant to offer it but surely at least one would offer it.

Apparently Steam now supports BTC. So you can buy gifts on steam and sell them on G2A :P
