(I actually don't know if this deserves a thread here, but since it got to front page on r/games and the game is a big-name title on GOG, I figured I'd share)

Full title: "Fallout: New Vegas prequel mode [Fallout: New California] after 9 years of development enters beta"

I'm really looking forward to it. I hope it will work on the GOG version also.
Yes, been following this for quite a while. Didn't actually think it would get finished or maybe only on F4, but they are still going so kudos to them.
Interesting. Hopefully it makes the game more interesting since it's lacking as is.

I thought New Vegas was pretty damned good. What were you unsatisfied with in the game? Anyway, I'm glad to see this, as I can always use me some more Fallout.

Have you tried both F3 and NV with TTW?
Interesting. Between this and "The Frontier", we seem to be getting a lot new content for NV.

No, I haven't. I've seen it referenced before but never gotten around to looking into it. Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to check it out.

*edit* Okay, I was able to take a quick peek at it... and curse you, Tauto! Do you know how much time it's going to take me to play through all that!? But, it has to be done. Just as soon as I finish my current run through Fallout 4. And a couple other RPGs I have on the shelf....

Thanks again for the heads up on that.:)

Haven't gotten through it yet myself but the bad news for you and me is that very soon a new version will come out.Been waiting on that for a couple of years.
New Vegas is great. I'm currently replaying it to get all the achievements. Hopefully the mod will play nice with the GOG version.

Well, that may be good news for me, at least. I'll bookmark the site and check on the new version. Will maybe give me time to play a few games in the backlog. :P
