Ah, I see. So Bethesda removed the skill system and replaced it with magic. The 'Skyrim with guns' label now makes so much more sense.

kinda underwhelmed by the game - especially disappointed by the Survival difficulty level (highest difficulty level after very hard) - dunno recently games like Metro Redux and Last Light Redux really showed how to make a "balanced and enjoyable hard mode" with the survivor hardcore mode but well they did really wrong in Fallout 4.
I mean dunno i would like smart, fast, more dodging enemies maybe with superior weapons and well also a true scarcity of ammo/weapons and ya maybe dying companion (the non dying companions are a really bad game design decision as well but well i guess they are due to the bad KI ^^).
But instead of creating "challenging" enemies and a true scarcity and something like a "you may get oneshotted but you are also able to oneshot setting" they kinda just amped up the Hitpoints and Damage Resistance of some enemies to ridiculous amounts and they just feel like bullet sponges and on the other hand do high damage to you (sometimes up to the 10-15fold amount of other difficulty settings).
And ya there somehow even happens a scarcity of ammo then - but not in the realistic way that you really have to scavenge every ammo you find and use your very few bullets wisely but but rather that you can have 80 bullets and need them on 5 just enemies despite hitting every single hit ^^ . Basically highest difficulty level is just stacking up damage Resistance + HP on enemies and amping their attack by ridiculous levels but nothing else besides it which really feels kinda lazy for a 2015 game.
Also horrible and insulting keyboard controls ....
Well dunno hoping for mods and dunno about my survival playthrough - bc it doesn't feel hard/difficult but rather like a chore and like a "lazy mode" (game design wise)

You mean Fallout 3? Because uh, it's the exact same game. Just some better (and un-optimized) graphics and a shitty dialogue system.
