why does this pop up and how can I fix it. i have tried the online solution and it doesn't work. when I also launch a new save is crashes, how do I fix this

Did you install it in program files maybe?
If yes don't do that. Also never seen this but i guess this is windows 10?
more info about the system and os you have.
