That might be hard to say since some games might actually be broken while others only don't work on some specific systems. It's impossible to get a game working guaranteed on every hardware/software configuration available on the market. There is another thread called "Some games on GOG have missing files." here. I'd say that it's quite sure to say that these games are broken for everyone since they are - the title suggests it - actually missing crucial files.
