Was that chainsaw sword ever included in the DLC pack with the gold skin weapons or was it strictly Pre order only and never to be seen again?

Edit: Misread your post. Whoops. I haven't bought the deluxe edition upgrade yet so i don't know about the chainsword. My mistake. On a side-note, preorder DLC that is never made available attainable in some way afterwards sucks.
