I finally bit the bullet on the Witcher 3 last night, and while it's a small detail, this is one that I'd like to mention: having TL;DR summaries of an EULA. It's something that's greatly appreciated, and I think should become an industry standard.
It shouldn't just become a standard, it should become mandatory. Seriously, how on earth can we be expected to understand lawyerspeak whenever we buy something? Closely followed by: How is it allowed that we have to 'agree' to a legal contract that has only had input from one side and can't be edited by us before we can buy something?
