He cannot access the main page but can access forums, probably in incognito mode he can access it for a second, and he can access https://www.gog.com/account too.

The error is not generated on our end.

As far as I know - UniFi and Streamyx networks (which are in Malaysia and possibly other countries) have problem with GOG.com for some time. I don't know what's the problem, you can google it and maybe find a solution.
