hey im just new in this community but i would like to know if the empire earth gold edition works on windows 10 and if it is working on some mods like population mods

Not sure about mods, but it seems people are having issues with Win10. However, many report success in getting it running by trying things suggested in This Thread.

According to the game's , the game does not work on Win 10 (yet?). To see if there is a possible workaround, u can check the game's [url=https://www.gog.com/forum/empire_earth_series#1461054055]sub-forum. If GOG manages to get it working on Win 10 aft more testing, they will release a patch to update the game but at this point in time it is not confirmed.

As to ur qn on population mods, u can also check the sub-forum regarding this.
