In case you’ve missed it, last week Goodbye Eternity joined our catalog in its early access and is currently discounted -20%!

It’s a NSFW Visual Novel set in a world eerily similar to ours, at our current time. You play as a man who, after enduring a miserable existence, suddenly finds himself in his body from years ago. A golden opportunity to start a new life unfolds before you.

Magnitus: Well, it is "Goodbye Eternity" on itch.io too and based on my past experience browsing the games of that platform, I don't get the feeling the censor much of anything, but I could be wrong.
Itch.io is about as erratic about the bans and rules as Patreon or Steam. They mostly act on reports though me thinks.
Anyways reading around on forums, seems there is at least one Censorship changes

Can you actually see the game in the store?

I can't and get re-directed to the GOG homepage...

Am I missing something or are 18+ games completely blocked for Germany?

Anything "NSFW" is blocked for a German Ip Adresses. Some other Violence based 18+ games might also be blocked for German Ip Adresses, but Violence ain't so bad.

But then again I'm VPN-tunneling exclusively for 5 years now.

I can not see the game as well, however in this case you can use a VPN to wish list at-least and then you can add it to your basket/buy it in Germany regularly.
