TLDR; EA says US sanctions forces them to not serve Myanmar, hence EA shuts down their services in the country, consequence being that people can't access their games.

Once again it proves why we shouldt allow them to have our money for fake sales the people who paid for thier stuff should never loose the right to own and use it...

steam and orion can do same to us in usa ect...

users have been banned from them and even the ps and xbox online accounts losing their games they paid for ...

Should be laws that if we paid for the games their ours to keep like they keep their profiets from fake selling us so called games etc....

they should return every pennie those people spent on the games they locked them out of......
Basically, its problem of failed policy in Nyan Mar.

The government should've implemented preventive measures/sanctions for capital immigration. Require EA use local banks, require certain amount of deposits be resident in local accounts and make them impossible to transfer outside, implement a large fee in case they transfer sizable amount and so on. If EA denies to operate under those rules - prevent access to local market, its their losses.
If they agree - then EA branch will to be absolutely independent/shielded from whatever US says, and should US HQ puppet decide to go ahead nontheless, they would pay massive price. As a nice side effect, the local industry would also become independent.
I mean, Cuba lockdown example is what, 70 years old?
