Yeah, if that's what's stated in the desciption.
If it turns out to be false later you would most likely get refunded.
Yes, it's true, why wouldn't it be?
I do own Dungeon Keeper Gold.
I can confirm that Deeper Dungeons is included (and the main game is there of course as well).

I asking because I saw this info, it is from 2011, but it says:
"This is Dungeon Keeper for DOS, the low resolution version that runs with a software renderer and has no directx compatibility. This is also not compatible with the "Deeper Dungeons" expansion pack, which is not included."

This is also not compatible with the "Deeper Dungeons" expansion pack, which is not included
What does it mean?

The review was edited by staff. The expansion was added at a later date.

Deeper Dungeons was added at a later time. Can't remember when, but it was definitely after 2011. Originally it was just the vanilla game.

Fairfox: Teh review system is so archaic (surpriseeeee).
It seems weird for a 5 year old review to be the top review. O_o

Dungeon Keeper (not the current Dungeon Keeper Gold) was first released here on Jun 2, 2011. At the time, it did not include the Deeper Dungeons expansion pack. The review you're quoting was made on that day, and at the time was accurate as it's about Dungeon Keeper.

On Sep 27, 2013, the title was upgraded from Dungeon Keeper to Dungeon Keeper Gold, which includes the Deeper Dungeons expansion pack, and the game page was updated to reflect this change. The review you're quoting is no longer relevant to the version of the game sold here since.

Hope this clears up things.

Just to add to what others said:

Yes the GOG version nowadays includes both the base game and the Deeper Dungeons expansion (it was missing the expansion for a long time).

However, strictly speaking the GOG version is not what was earlier known as Dungeon Keeper Gold (Edition). Gold retail version included also a Windows (95) version of the game with optional Direct3D support, offering somewhat smoothed out graphics (more noticeable in the first person view of the game which you hardly ever use, less noticeable in the normal view where you look at your dungeon from above).

The Gold version also included the DOS versions of the game (for the base game and Deeper Dungeons), but they were kinda hidden inside the game directories, it wasn't quite apparent the DOS version was there too.

Apart from that missing Windows/Direct3D though, I think GOG version has all the same gaming content as the Gold version. I presume there may have been difficulties to get the Direct3D version to work on modern Windows machines, but I wouldn't worry about it too much as the Direct3D support is IMHO more a gimmick than something that really improves the game. Using the Direct3D actually dropped one graphics effect from the DOS and non-Direct3D versions, the "lens distortion" in the first person view.

So all in all, GOG version is good enough, with all the relevant gaming content.

EDIT: Well, I guess the retail Gold (Windows) version included some kind of level editor... So if you care about something like that (creating your own playable Dungeon Keeper maps?), yeah that is one missing feature in the GOG version too I guess.
