I don't have the game just checking reviews for new releases and then run into this:

first review says:
"
DRM WARNING!!

Bought Journey to the Savage Planet and its DLC Hot Garbage, from GOG yesterday.
Getting DRM warning on starting the game:
FAILED TO LOGIN TO GOG ONLINE SERVICES.
CONTINUING MAY MEAN PLAYING WITHOUT ACCESS TO PURCHASED ADD-ONS.

GOG says they are the place for DRM FREE games, this game is NOT DRM FREE!!
"

Looks like cyberpukk drm test went well and now they allow this to explode into many games
what a shame...
Bought it a couple of days ago and have not come across these messages. When loading up just get he flash screens then straight to main menu.

Did you actually try it yourself?
I wouldn't simply trust some random review without further proof...

Thank you. I'll wait for your report, before putting it on The List.

Maybe it's a bug and not another case of intentional DRM on GOG. (one can hope)

If you look on the release thread for the game somebody tested some time ago and it works offline.
Ok tried it without galaxy message came up but game works fine as far as i can tell and dlc is showing up.
According to the report in the release thread, the message is a bug and will be removed in the next update. The only thing not working offline seems to be multiplayer. All single-player content (including the DLC) seem to be DRM-free.

Thanks for the confirm. Interested in this. How are you liking it?
Someone previously asked about this in the game-specific forum: https://www.gog.com/forum/journey_to_the_savage_planet/does_the_dlc_have_drm

I own the game and the DLC, both works without Galaxy and without even an internet connection.

As it was already said the singleplayer content is DRM-free. We will work to remove the unnecessary online activation notice in a future update.
