Joseph1957: You did not answer the question though; do you know why Faith said to Zoe, "You saved April"? Clearly, April was not saved!

Leroux: It's been so long that I don't remember any details, sorry. Besides, as I said, the second half of the game made little sense to me in general ...

And keep in mind I didn't play Dreamfalls: Chapters yet; of which I was hoping that it would answer some questions. You telling me that you're still searching for the answers despite playing Chapters is kind of a spoiler too. ;)
The answer still has not revealed itself even in Chapters so far; maybe in the last book we shall find out. I have a feeling there are going to be many un-answered questions hanging in the air towards the end (this spoils the game in itself).

can a mod please move this to the subforums? the general is already a cluttered mess and it just makes sense to have some organization

others: please consider this when making posts and if you are posting GOG-catalogue game-related stuff, use the subforums!

thanks!

By "sub forum", do you mean the "General discussion" area? There is very little chance of anyone taking an interest in a specific game in that area!

omega64: Oh right, I should play the first one. Still need to install a virtual machine for it as it crashes after the opening cutscene. :l
Support told me Windows 7 wasn't supported for the game.
If works fine for me in Windows 7. It is odd though that the gamecard indeed doesn't list 7 as supported, while e..g. Vista and 8 are supported.

Um ... this is the "General Discussion" area? :D (Hence the proposition to move the thread!)

Right?
Support told me they couldn't help me because of that. :l
Did offer to return my money which I appreciated.
I just refused because I want to get it working someday.

Why don't you just buy a Window XP disk?

I can always run a XP virtual machine. Just haven't felt like doing so yet.
Thanks for trying to help though.
