I've owned Witcher 3 for some time, It played fine from the first hour. I think we are on the wrong course here.

Everyone seems to think I don't have Direct X, I have 64 games in my library, I built this computer and dozens of others. I've played games since 1996, Direct X is installed , Witcher 3 plays great, as do many other games. But when you "Successfully" install a game, I used Galaxy. It should at least make an effort to play. This one failed out of the box, it is really disappointing. I can fix it no doubt. I just didn't want to. No, I wanted to play the game. It was late, I'd had a long day and I wanted to play, not repair or play with software...
