Hello, I've noticed that on my laptop the "Downloads" tab/section of the GOG Galaxy launcher is completely missing and I don't know how to get it back, I can go to the download queue via any game that is currently being installed/downloading, but it's gettnig quite tedious now.

I've searched for any settings inside the launcher but I can't find any way to bring it back, and searching for it online just brings me reports of people having issues downloading titles, which is not my case

The downloads tab does appear on my main desktop rig, but not on my laptop (both using the same GOG account)

Any help is greatly appreciated

Uninstall galaxy, use offline installers.

That wouldn't help me much, as I said, I can install games via Galaxy, just that I can't see how the downloads are going as easilly

I can see how downloads are going just fine via browser, and I have a choice on browsers, even download managers. No need for proprietary launchers with added lock-in supporting online only and online gating. Although it’s likely too late to save GOG from becoming a poor steam clone.

Is Galaxy the same version on both your PC and laptop?

Gear icon top left - Settings - version number in the bottom left.

Reinstalling might also be worth a try.

To my knowledge the "Downloads" tab/section is only visible if you have games to update, otherwise it disappears until there are new updates available. So in theory you have already downloaded all the available updates of the games you have installed on your PC at the moment.

I reinstalled Galaxy, even making sure no files were left on AppData/Local/GOG.com and still no download tab on my laptop

Both Galaxy clients are at the same version: 2.0.46.133 - Beta, downloaded from the official GOG webpage

And no, on my laptop the tab doesn't appear even if I'm currently downloading or updating a game, or even if I'm inside the download queue itself via any game that is downloading/updating

The issue seemed to fix itself, it now properly appears somehow
