Grargar: New Seasoned deal: The Black Mirror (-75%) [150]

Yup, it's a removed Nordic game.
Now if they would only surprise us with #3 so that I can complete my collection. :-)

Tannath: Sneaky... Nordic is back for the promo it seems. =)
Indeed. With 5 games.

That would be nice. I grabbed the first two when Nordic left.
Black Mirror series from Nordic?
Does this mean temporarily, again, or maybe on a more permanent basis?

HypersomniacLive: Question to all - are you also asked to confirm your location in that foot message at the checkout page?
You are right, I just checked it and it asks me to confirm that I am currently in switzerland...

blotunga: It looks like BM2 is also available, but full priced of course.
Also the 2 Red Factions and SpellForce Platinum; they will probably among the remaining Insomnia offerings.

There was a thread that actually listed 2 or 3 games that had been pulled showing up today. Probably all in Insomnia?
Well, that's a surprise. Some Nordic games are back.
I have the boxed US version of Black Mirror, that now is utterly unusable since it tries to install some horrible copy protection (StarForce) that is not compatible with 64 bit or Vista or higher. I think it needed 3 (!) fucking serial numbers.

As a curious side note: The game is rated M in the US and 12+ in Germany (PEGI 16+).

My thoughts exactly. Well I already nabbed them during the In&Out...

HunchBluntley: Missed Desktop Dungeons in between Defender's Quest and Ink on the 'Fresh' side. I didn't pay attention to the discount or initial number of copies at the time, though. Anyone else remember?
67% with 200 copies.

Your theory appears to be correct, seems to be back just for the promo. We can expect part II, Red Faction and Spellforce later as well.

CarrionCrow: For some reason, my brain initially processed that as foot massage, and I had absolutely no idea what in the world you were talking about.
Sorry, rephrased my post a couple of times - that should read "footnote". So, are you asked to accept the terms and confirm your location?

CalicoPup: It was done on a shoestring budget, so don't expect any giant blockbuster effects, but they used what they had very effectively. The set design in some of the areas looks like it was dreamed up by the same people who did the show Neverwhere. It has a very similar feel to it, but more upbeat than gloomy.

FearfulSymmetry: Thanks for the information. I've wishlisted it for now as I still have plenty to watch, but I might get it if it goes on sale again. :)
Really the trailer does a good job of giving you the basic idea of the story without spoiling any of the plot, since it doesn't give you any detail as it is.
I really, [really don't think movies should be in these sales.
