bioshark: My GOG front page doesn't load up correctly. Looks like heavy traffic.

Well looks like everything is back to normal, but there were some scary 5 minutes there :) I have super fast internet connections, that's why I thought it's probably from their servers.

I bet X-Wing is going to sell like hotcakes, it was never discounted before.

Also, I see that Blocks That Matter has slowed down.... can anyone recommend it?

It pretty much does that for me with every single major promo's main thread every time there is a promo on. Not immediately, but once it gets so many pages in, it is like clockwork. I have to post, then hit [back] to return to the page I was on and hit reload, and then possibly hit next-page. Rather annoying. :) I'm guessing it is a random weirdo bug that they either can't reproduce internally or is so low priority compared to bigger fish that it never gets up the stack and onto someone's INBOX to fix. :)

I think it was another of the games teased in an article promoting the sale on a game site.

Does anyone have the link to it? I'm just going by something I thought I saw on an early page of this thread.

I did above and so did PaterAlf. It really is a fun little puzzle/platformer.

The_Blog: It has been ported to EVERY platform there is and been heavily discounted in several bundles. Basicly everybody already owns it.

toxicTom: I have the original Amiga version. And I beat it once - most intense experience of blood, sweat and tears. And with my reflexes > 20 years later I don't even dare to try it again.
The 15th anniverary edition included as a bonus extra allegedly doubles the number of checkpoints in the game to make it easier to get through. I haven't tried it though, but I recently started the standard version and it is still challenging today. :)

i got it cause it went fast, and 1.39 or something like that i have no clue what i bought i will see it tommorow when i download it


but i am offline now till tommorow or noon (12pm or so )

so i hope i wont miss out good stuff

if i do, well the i wait for the next time :D

So, do we know if there is any connection between the games being played on the stream and what is going on sale? Do we think we are likely to see all the played games go on sale at some point?
