I know you can strafe with ctrl+left/right but I prefer the WASD method and I have that setup now. I can't seem to have Q/E setup for strafe though. Is there a way to bind both left/right and ctrl to one key at the same time?

Should be easily done in the key menu in DosBOX (CTRL+F1 key)

Select the key you want to use (Q) and near the bottom left, there's a selection that shows mod1, mod2, and mod3.
**Use the option BELOW the bind.
Click on mod1 and there will be a white box in the mod1 box to say it is selected. This will add left/right ctrl to the button press you choose.
**I'd also click hold to make sure that it stays held if you're holding the button down.
Now go to add, and press the key you want to bind to the Q key (left arrow).
Repeat this for the E key and use the Right arrow on it. Hope this helps.

Make sure you save after you complete this and you should be good to go.

Unfortunately, you'll need to disable keymapping when typing anything like the name of a save game.
