My question is a first as a newbie understand any lack of experience

Every time I start a game of doom on a LEVOVO i3 4meg RAM I setawhite box with red trim
saying doon3 has crashed my sys phone 0800 031 4657 Wherupon of Female american accent
asks me who, what, when , name and then can Igive access when .......I phoned her thanx but no way
does she get rremote access to this sys.
Any others getting in UK or USA

It's really hard to understand your post. You say Doom 3 BFG edition you brought here is crashing? How did you install it, did you get the files from the website or via galaxy? Did you fully install the game and all components (sometimes c++ extensions, directx etc are needed). Does your system meet the requirements given on the game page, i.e. Do you have a graphics card in your machine as given there?
Don't phone numbers, it may be the helpdesk, but even so I wouldn't go that route. Contact GOG support using the tab support at the top and they will help you, although may take a while.
