I thought that GOG kept your save progress for TW3? I had to reformat my pc and had no concerns because Steam

did this for my Far Cry5 and The Sniper Elite gamdes. It would find that saved file and reinstall me from the last place I

saved my game. Please tell me that GOG does ths for me as I do NOT want to start all the way from scratch. I have

beaten the game and just needed a few quest to defeat. Please anyone out there that can help me!!!!

Cloud saves are available for many (most / all?) games if you use gOg's client, Galaxy. Are you using Galaxy? If so, have you looked through the settings or whatever it is for cloud backups?

yes whenever I logged on I used GoG...I pray to the almighty I don't have to start all over again

did you manually download your saves? but they should appear with your extras downloads in galaxy, but thats if the game supports cloud saves, I dont own TW3 so I dont know if it does

Just install the game. The saves willo be there

The Witcher 3 has Cloud saves. As long as you lauch the game with Galaxy and allowed the saves to sync they should be there.

Cloud save backups can be found under the more button -> backups and goodies.

I manually installed...I tried everything...here is a snapshot of the number of achievements and number of hours I played the game...but I cant get access to these games....

Wait when did you reformat your PC? Galaxy has had cloud saves only for about a year. So if you reformatted a long time ago then yeah you're saves might be gone.

If it was recently that yeah they should be stored on GOG servers.

Yeah, I think you are screwed.

I'm no expert, but I think you need to be running Galaxy to get the cloud saves.
