Title basically says all. I like physical copies, but if it's something that's just a Steam code, I'll just get it off of here.

Answer: Yes it does. No way round it. It's a brilliant, spooky game!
Yes. Unfortunately it does. The DVD case contains a disc with the STEAM installer and a small 8-page booklet with the STEAM code.
