On replacementdocs.com, I found only a recipe guide that may or may not belong to Pizza Tycoon. Didn't bother searching beyond that...

There's a functional manual at the Pizza Tycoon fan site:

The fan site also has a ton of links to various strategies - mostly for the first game. It's the most comprehensive site on the Web for the original Pizza Tycoon.

Click on the subpages at the bottom (Chapter 1, Chapter 2 or Chapter 3). Or use the link tremere110 posted, it's a mirror of the same site which seems to have a bit better links.
