Does Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Imperial Edition Bundle include all the DLCs? I also asked in the Pathfinder:Kingmaker Specific Forum, but it doesn't look active lately so I am asking here as well.

It has all the DLCs that are also listed individually. If that's all of them, then yes.

I think it not includes the two free DLCs .

Claiming these two plus owning the Imperial edition would give all the DLCs available on GOG.

Just be aware that

Will not show as owned when you purchase the Imperial Edition bundle.

If you try to add these items to the cart GOG will warn you that you already own the items they contain, and will not be given another copy.

This is the standard gripe of GOG's database where packages (ie the Imperial Edition Bundle) may not contain packages (The Season Pass).
