No, they don't.
Strangely enough though they do price match with Dunkin' Donuts.
They price matched me on a hot chicken wrap.

you could try it. worst thing they can do is turn you down.
My reply is. why should they
Oddly enough, this is one question that has NOT been asked a zillion times here.

And no, they don't seem to, but often enough the prices are pretty close.
sometimes I've seen a game on sale both here and on steam for the same amount.
this isn't always the case though, example, one movie is available on steam for about a quarter of the price it is on here.
I'm sure the reverse is possibles for some titles on here.

so, i think that they probably don't match steam prices and when they do its probably coincidence or something more complex

Steam should charge more because of all the bonus DRM you get with each game. :D

10/10 - made me laugh.

Reminds me of a really silly post on Destructoid from some time ago.

None of the online gaming distribution services match prices of any other stores. If they did, then one store would put a game on sale and you could buy that game at that price at any other store, then another store would put the game on sale and every store would have to match that price. There would essentially be no non-sale prices overnight.

So, you pay what they offer or wait for a better price, or find a better offer somewhere else. If you're smart about it, you use http://isthereanydeal.com to monitor prices and get email alerts based on the criteria you set which can include what maximum price you want to spend and/or what minimum discount, and choose what store(s) you wish to get alerted for, and for which games. You can import your Steam, GOG and other store's wishlists to pre-load the notification system.

On average I believe it doesn't really matter where you buy, the prices are very similar between Steam and Origin and GOG and Humble Bundle and others as long as one buys during sales. Only the time when there is a sale is different and there may be slight changes between regions. Canada seems to be a bit better on Steam while Europe might be a bit better on GOG but it never is really a big difference.
The DD stores do not set the prices, they are set by the publishers.
