You should run away from both
Bioshock Remastered:

Ran fine, played to the end without crashes.

Bioshock 2 Remastered:

I'm currently in the middle of it, several crashes ;-( Quicksave often!

I had reproducable crashes in several situations, always in fights where I had a hacked security... thopter, or how they're called. Thing is, it crashed, and when I started the game anew right back, it crashed again.
Saving just before battle, then restarting Windows, it went through. Or deactivating the thing also worked - I guess it's some memory bug connected with when the security thopter is destroyed that manifests after prolonged playtime and stays even if the game is ended (memory leak...).

Apart from the audio issue Bioshock 1 also used SecuROM or something like that, so while the Steam version runs fine the retail versions might be troublesome on W10 (well, unless cracked..)

Remastered didn't crash for me but had some very heavy stuttering in the second level, heavy enough to stop playing. Oddly, the Mac version of Remastered runs flawlessly. For BioShock 2 I didn't have any problems with either version.
