I go to my email. and click on the redeem page.
Then i got that screen where you click on continue.

But then the game say "some of the selected products require you to own the base game"
But i have the main game.

The message you have received essentially says that you need to have Witcher 3 on GOG. When you say that you have the main game, do you mean that you have it on retail? If yes, then you'll first need to redeem the GOG code that comes with your Witcher 3 retail box.
