At the temple of Amadia the Knight of Amadia keeps attacking me. Every video or walkthrough i´ve seen people just run past em all. Is it a bug or?

I've just completed Divinity 2 and I couldn't remember anything at all about the Temple of Amadia. I Thought 'christ my memory is so bad', so I googled it and discovered you mean Divinity: Original Sin 2.
