Topic subject pretty much sums up what this thread is all about.

Did you found your life purpose? If so what events lead you to find your path? If not, what do you plan on doing to help you find it? If you at first though you were in the right path and found it, but later on discovered that it wasn't it. What lead you to come to this conclusion? And do you think you will ever really find it?

Please guys share some of your stories to make this thread an inspiration to some of us, who are still looking for a purpose and those of us who already found it, but still have a long way to go through to get there and not divert from the right path!

I could swear I had the meaning of life just a few minutes ago. I think I left it in my other coat pocket.

Interesting question. I don't think I 'found' my 'purpose' (I don't actually believe there is a purpose to life anyway), but I did find a focus for my life when I met my wife. So it mostly revolves around my wife and kids. Cliche, yes, I know, but it works for me and I'm pretty damned content with my lot in life now, so.. yeah. Hmm, I think I actually vacuumed it up this afternoon.

Your purpose in life may not be one of those big "Eureka" kind of enlightenment moments, so if you wait for that, you may just watch your life pass by you, and be disappointed when looking back in your dusk days.
Your purpose may be many small, even everyday, things, which I guess is the case for most people. Keep an open mind, and heart, to recognise them.

I'm pretty sure my purpose in life is to find a way to please my parents despite all the things that happens in my head (the irony of my life, being the only "seed" that survived, and wanting the erase itself from existence)(oooooo edgy)

I think my mission is to get them to leave me alone.
