Wakey dont count mert!
Naughty Dog as a developer really has never clicked with me, and I have given them a try on not a few occasions (Uncharted 1, 2, 3; Jak and Daxter; and Crash Bandicoot on the PS1 as well as a bit of the Last of Us) and something always goes wrong. Either the game does not control that well or it really is no fun to play or the story and characters are lame (throw that last one onto every game I mentioned, actually). The only game they worked on that I liked unqualifiedly is Crash Team Racing, otherwise stronger Sony devs to me include both Santa Monica (God of War 1, 2, 3 as well as what I have played of Ascension is all at least good) and Insomniac (Resistance trilogy). Frankly, as far as these guys are concerned, I think I have learned my lesson and just won't try again... at least for no more than 2 or 3 dollars a pop.

Studios that come close include Geurrilla Games. The only, only reason I would hesitate here is that Killzone 3 is legit a great game. It looks great, it plays well, and it is very fun which is precisely what Killzone 1, 2, and Shadow Fall are not. I cannot even remember what it was anymore but at one point after about an hour of Shadow Fall I took it out of the system, walked over to my brother and gave it to him condition free and I have not even tried it again since. The second game was a longer burn but it starts okay and gradually I realize that I am constantly annoyed and, despite telling myself otherwise (I really did think I liked the game) I was having no fun and found the game to just be dumb (I could go on about that point but will spare for now). The first game failed to hold my attention much and just failed at leaving much of an impression. Also, while Horizon Zero Dawn does look good graphically the character designs bug me and the gameplay is like Breath of the Wild minus logic and fun.

Atlus as a developer may be here too but I'll hold off until I've played more games they've developed.

I was going to say From Software, whose games I try to like but have difficulty getting into, except that I remembered they made Armored Core, which is a good series, and Chrome Hounds, which is a great game.

Eh Crash was a good game in the ps1 days but otherwise I agree with you

And I have never played any Geurrilla Games other then Horizon zero Dawn as far as I can tell or recall but if the one I mentioned is anything to go by I likily won't like em as the now '' Horizon'' franchise they have is what is known by many as the ''Ubisoft open world'' formula and that style of open world has saturated the market so any dev that games the Ubisoft open world style format will rub me the wrong way on some level given how that formula is basically'' addicting game play loop and good graphics but everything comes after those'' sort of thinking in designing em

Still for me Ubisoft and Bethesda rub me the wrong way and Gear Box the last two for obvious reasons if anyone knows the companies and the way they handle games let along the behind the scenes crude
Anybody who
pushes crazy ideologies.
using lame cheap style like bad pixelgraphics
flooding game with dlc-s
copy old games with their bad designs
Ubisoft
