Hello all, unfortunately, I have another delisting news :(

4 games from Adult Swim will leave the catalog on September 30th (hour TBC):
Westerado: Double Barreled
Kingsway
Headlander
Fist Puncher

We'll do our best to try and bring them back. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Although is a bad reward for the developer, i wish you do a last discount sale to buy Fist Puncher.

I started Westerado and i liked it.

Edit: i have Fist Puncher in my library, xD. You know that you have too many games when you forget how many games you have bought.

Fist puncher isn't adult swim according to the store page. It's team 2 bit. Is that a mistake on the store front?

Took longer than expected by other members: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/remember_remember_the_delisting_of_november_actually_may
I am glad there is still plenty of time...
That took longer than expected.

I don't know why they would delist Fist Puncher since they are not the ones publishing it on GOG.

Anyway, can we have a discount please?

From what I understand, the rights for at least some of the Adult Swim games (like Kingsway) were returned to the original developers and so it's up to them if they want them to return to GOG.

Correct. Battle Chef Brigade was one such game and that is why it is still available for purchase.
These games have been reverted to being self-published.... at least Kingsway has.

From the Kingsway Steam page:

"In case you missed the news, Warner Bros is shutting down Adult Swim Games and all games published by Adult Swim Games were going to be removed from Steam and everywhere else.

But thanks to the help of several people, the publishing rights of many Adult Swim Games have been transferred to their developers and have been rescued from being delisted. Including Kingsway."

And... it's on sale there for $3.99. Why is GOG not included in this?

I think it's probably the special red tape contracting that makes GOG so unique, which was problematic. "We will be paying out to the end of this billing quarter, and renegotiations will be had past such a time."

Great if everything is hunkey dorey and you're a big company who can hire accountants to rubberstamp the manual invoices involved with dealing with GOG, but this falls apart if a publisher decides to (as was the case of WB), peace out due to executive meddling.
Kingsway is a fun little game. I'm glad that I purchased it when I did, but it's still sad to see it go.
i was only interested in

Westerado: Double Barreled
and
Kingsway
