I'm out of ideas. I don't suppose old email and password work?

Anyway, I'd do what ZFR suggested.

Have you tried to contact support again? There's absolutely no reason for GOG to not help you or to see your problem as low priority - quite the opposite. I'd suggest to contact them again. They usually reply to me the next day and that was the case a few days ago as well. If you want you could post your ticket# and I will try to forward it to them.
Please send me your ticket number, I will look into it asap =)
