GrindinGeaGaymes: Well, it's kind of a ripoff when I own it already, I wanted to support GoG getting it, but it's hard to support it for another $25, and for some reason GoG separated the soundtrack, when you buy it elsewhere, it's NOT an additional $12.
If you already own it (and I'm assuming you can still play it), then just wait for another sale. Eventually it will go lower in price and you can pull the trigger then.

Discounts and the length of time allowed for the discount are ultimately up the publisher, who in this case is Gearbox.

It is, Steam even sells the OST's of the two games separately.
