"Dynamite Masked Heroes" Bundle at Comixology (8,99 Euro/$9,99):

"Masks" (#1-8), complete first season.
"Masquerade" (#1-4), complete.
"Peter Cannon: Thunderbolt" (#1-10), complete.
"The Spider" (#1-18 + Annual), complete.
"Project Superpowers" (#0-7), complete first season.

As with the last Comixology Dynamite Bundle about half of those have been bundled before ("Project Superpowers", "Masquerade", two thirds of "The Spider"), but it's got just enough new stuff in it that I will probably buy it - also considering there was no decent comics bundle in the last weeks to throw my money after ... ;-)

dynamite needs to have a different bundle of comics really
there is too much overlap
Hm, the "Dynamite Masked Heroes" bundle seems to have disappeared already. Strange, since it was also never promoted in any newsletter from Comixology (unless I have overlooked it). Unfortunately I didn't buy it yesterday ...
The Humble Comics Bundle: Star Trek presented by IDW
HUGE number of repeats:

Classics 1 & 2
Assignment Earth
Year Four - The Enterprise Experiment
TNG: Hive
Vol. 1
Countdown
Countdown to Darkness
Movie Adaptation
DS9: Fools Gold
Gold Key Archives 1

I may be missing some, but that's already a lot of dupes to throw out there.

Fortunately I only bought the middle tier last time (and the highest tier, I think, is completely included in this new bundle), so for me the number of repeats is tolerable ... And of course there will be second week additions. :-)

I was going to study the duplication and what I had in print or at Comixology, but then I saw the $25 physical addition option. I'm so in!
Three new freebies at Comixology.
https://www.comixology.com/Lord-of-Gore-Sneak-Peek-Special/digital-comic/396549
https://www.comixology.com/Boys-Over-Flowers-Season-2-Chapter-29/digital-comic/404155
https://www.comixology.com/4001-A-D-1-Digital-Exclusives-Edition/digital-comic/349332
Now that's interesting: I still had the "Dynamite Masked Heroes" bundle (that isn't on sale anymore) in my cart but when I clicked on the cart symbol I only got an error message. But when adding the "4001 AD"-freebie to the cart suddenly the Dynamite bundle was shown again as well. So I tried and clicked on "Buy" ... To be honest, I feared Comixology would charge the money without giving me the comics in return, but no: Everything is here! :-)

Maybe this little "trick" works in general when someone missed the deadline of a reduced item he/her already put into the cart ...
Surprise: The "Dynamite Masked Heroes" bundle is back at Comixology! I guess when it came online last week without any announcement it was just a classic "too soon"-mistake ...

Oh, and there's a "Dynamite Author's Sale" as well, although I'm pretty sure almost every item of that has already been bundled before:

yeah now i am out for certain
i was on the fence but after all this ?
nah
Comixology now has a sale on Justice League (2011) by Geoff Johns #1-47 and Justice League of America #1-14. It ends on 11 July.

I am slightly interested in Justice League as I like the characters and Geoff Johns in principle, but I am a very casual (superhero) comics reader. I've read the first six issues of Justice League and found it confusing and underwhelming.

Is there anything recommendable that can be read without the knowledge of other series (like crossovers) and without intricate knowledge of the DC Universe?

It seems to me that every other issue of that series is part of a larger storyline that comprises other series.

Thanks in advance for any input!

P.S.: Same thing with New Avengers today. Seems like every other storyline is tied to some event story and even the other ones I'm doubtful whether they are really self-contained or do not also require the knowledge of those linewide event crossover storylines. It's annoying.
