Hmm, I think bought the earlier Ennis bundle(s), but this one does have 9 new collections, including the final two Boys trades. Three of those 9 I have on Comixology, but I’m probably still in. 6 new collections for $15 ain’t too shabby. Wish I had waited of course.....

The Humble Garth Ennis Bundle from 2016 included the complete "The Boys" series (Vol. 1-12) so if you bought that you should already have everything from "The Boys". The only item from this new bundle that HASN'T been bundled before somewhere is "Just a Pilgrim" - since it's in the $1 tier, I'll maybe take that ...

I must have missed that one but had an earlier Boys centric one, as I only have 1-10, some Jennifer Blood, and few of the others.

Dark Horse has a "Lovecraftian Digital Sale" that includes Gou Tanabes acclaimed "The Hound and Other Stories" which I accidentally just finished and thus can recommend. I payed about $10 for the physical comic, at this sale you can get the digital comic for $4!

Until now I got the main series plus "Overture", "Endless Nights" and "Death Deluxe Edition" (although I haven't read anything from it yet ...).

I noticed that a few of The Boys comics in this bundle have a formatting issue. To be specific, they put blank white pages in the same image as the cover. Creating some annoyance in editing this out so it looks right in a reader app.

There are some repeats, but it looks good enough for me to bite. I am mainly interested in Gunnerkrigg Court Vol. 2-4.
I am disappointed the Dark Crystal: Creation Myth Vol. 2, and 3 are not included. As those are the ones I am missing. Power of the Dark Crystal 2-3 are not included either.

Ugh, the resolution of a few of those comics are not that great, and the colors are off. Mainly I have noticed it with the comic Coda. Width 994 x 1528 Height. I guess I only noticed it because I already had a much higher quality file of Coda #1 in comicrack. It is 9.10 mb in size with 43 pages. Maybe I am just spoiled, and I am expecting too much?

I don't think you're expecting more than is reasonable. You paid money for this - why should you get an inferior product just because you bought it via Humble Bundle?

I think you should write them and complain. Probably won't change much, but the more people write them on this, the more it will be effective, plus - it will prevent low resolution books to be offered in future bundles. It's a shame they don't take care of this issues in advance.

I have proof that there is an issue here, and I can tell you right now. You packed Gunnerkrigg Court Vol. 1 in a previous bundle, and it was the proper resolution, and file size. The volumes of GunnerKrigg Court in this bundle is god awfully bad in quality.
Width 1748x2475 Height int the old bundle, vs Width 911x1275 Height in the new bundle for pretty much the same comic. I don't want a refund. All I ask is that you talk to the Publisher, and get them to fix this. Not just Gunnerkrigg Court, I mean fix the entire bundle."

I suggest anyone who has bought this bundle to contact them, and let them know your not pleased. Please do it nicely, because I don't want them to write us off.

Update: Turns out I was mistaken, and Gunnerkrigg Court Vol. 1 was in a Groupees bundle by the same publisher. I am still pressing forward to see if HumbleBundle can work it out with Boom Studios. HumbleBundle had this to say, "In regards to quality and artifacting, in most cases it is hard for us to get new files if the old ones are considered to be of acceptable quality, and are legible."

I am happy to report that the comic bundle that I reported to have had issues with quality. Has now been fixed.

That's great to hear (although I won't be buying this bundle)! Hopefully the publishers (it already happened with different ones in earlier bundles) will learn to care for the right quality from the beginning in the future, but as long as they are fixing their mistakes that should be good enough for now ...

Just out of curiosity, are you not buying the bundle because of repeats? Chatter in the thread has been quiet as of late, and no one has given there opinion on this bundle so far. I really kind of missed that this time around. I like the sharing of thoughts, but I understand if no one wants to.
