Hey, I bought Cyberpunk for the release and now I wanted to play it again, unfortunately I can't find the game in my library anymore. I had already tried the ``trick`` with this link to refresh, unfortunately that didn't help, the game is even displayed in my order history. Unfortunately I can't reach the support but always end up with a bot, so I hope that someone here can help me.

Where did you buy it? Here on GOG, or on some key reseller site?

On a Key site i think Eneba or HRK got a 20 digit Gift Code for this i see this in my Orders also who bought the Code/From which User i got it.

That's the issue then.
The key you bought was most probably initially bought with a stolen credit card.
That theft later got discovered, and the key revoked.

Nothing anybody can do about that. shrug Next time, buy GOG games on GOG.

Because it took the owner of the credit card (and/or their bank) some time, to discover the irregularities in purchases with that CC.

Nope. Only officially supported key sellers are legal (and therefore safe).
