Noice! All that's missing at this point is making Judge Dredd a playable character.

Other than that, the trailer looked legit cyberpunk to me. Waaaay better than the teaser from a couple of years back, which had amazing visuals but was marred by vomit-inducing whiny Britpop playing in the background.
The trailer had a lot of messages.

The loudest message to me was: "It's time to upgrade your computer!".

MadalinStroe: But I don't know how I feel about the music. It doesn't seem to match the world, at least that's my first impression.
Okay, I listed more and I think I know why I don't like it. It's not really a song, it's the same beat with minor flourishes, then the narration reaches the "I'm a big dreamer" line, and music just cuts to a higher bpm beat, which again repeats until the trailer reaches the "car scene" at which point they cut back to the initial beat and again a small flourish and an abrupt cut to silence.

The initial beat is actually very good, but that higher bpm middle completely ruins the feel, because it doesn't fit the methodical build up from the start. And by the time we get back to the original beat, the trailer just ends.

EDIT: Yeah, that middle beat cut is so abrupt that it ruins my enjoyment of the trailer.
EDIT2: Maybe there's a longer/complete version of the trailer with proper beat transitions. I can only hope and wait to see what's next.

JinKazaragi: I was really hoping for some gameplay....

Aside from that I kind of didn't like the "vibe?"/"atmospere?" (don't know what to call it), I liked that first one better.
Somehow every new thing I see/hear/read makes me less looking forward to the game.
Me too.

antrad88: I highly disliked the very generic sounding American voice and also the look of the main character.

I like the original look more, it just looks different from your standard protagonist:

That looks too niché to sell well to be honest and it was likely during early pre-production. I agree though, I would much prefer something like that than some generic shooter with fancy gadgets or a Deus Ex copy.
Will it have nekkid robots? Uuuh, bare metal...

SCPM: [...] we would only release the game when it's ready [...] Quality is the only thing that drives us - it's the beauty of being an independent studio and your own publisher.

[...]

3. Free DLCs/Expansions/DRM?
Expect nothing less than you got with the Witcher 3. As for DRM, CP2077 will be 100% DRM-free on PC.

4. Microtransactions?
In a single-player role-playing game? Are you nuts?

Yours,
CD PROJEKT RED Team"
I am optimistic about the project. That they are still making it as a "single-player role-playing game" shows that CDPR is at least a little different from most out there. I believe they should take their time and make it perfect before releasing it.

Also that one will be able to create their own character is nice.

CelestialBunny: OK let's clarify this, I still love this game, clearly a 10/10 masterpiece
How do you know this? Seriously, how the hell do you know this? :D

I'm sorry, I apologize in advance because I'm about to be little harsh, but I'm really tired of the way people get hyped about stuff. Oh wow, I've just seen a cinematic that doesn't tell me jack shit about the actuall game! 12/10, Game of the Year, must preorder! And this happens so often, it almost feels like the gaming industry runs on unearned but easily manufactured hype more than anything else. Even if the trailer floored me, even if it was the most awesome trailer ever, it would still not mean a thing about the game.
I prefear the ambientation in the old trailer, more more CP respect the last trailer at this E3.
The trailer misses the first fake dos prompt bit , when CDP flashed and gave like hundreds of Free codes for Witcher 3 GOTY

Even if at risk of stating the obvious, the trailer has a horrendous Hollywood blockbusterian popcorny flair. Guns, shootings, the voiceover that doesn't mean anything, and the last car scene à la GTA.

That being said, the trailer has also some nice scenes and it's full of details that point to a really rich and fleshed out world. The animations help a lot in that department too. Hopefully, the game will feature similar or the same animations.

Anyway, in my opinion, CD Project Red knows what they're doing when it comes to designing games. I'm not so sure about that when it comes to producing trailers. Everything was going great until the gun inside the suitcase shot. Maybe people who know about the original game's worldbuilding and lore can correct my thoughts on that, maybe the world of Cyberpunk is supposed to be driven by mindless gun-action and shooting people in the face, or maybe it isn't and in that case well... let's hope for the best.

Eh, I'm good with my dying 9 yo system running an HD4850.
Three words: Witcher with guns.
