The sad thing is that the walkie-talkies we use on the farm are newer and more advanced than my phone. I did have a nice smart phone, but they kept getting broke (one by a horse crushing me with it's butt against a wall, and the other when I fell through a roof while light-proofing an old barn. Both very painful.). After that I just use an older phone, I only ever use it to call people anyway so I have no real need for all the other stuff phones have now.

Not at all, sheep are safe from tender if unwanted touches in this country.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling yourself. I hope you are just having an off day and it's nothing serious. Perhaps a good nights sleep will help you feel like your wonderful self again. *another big hug*

I have had the same ancient phone for 4 years, no problems and I've dropped it 100 times.
All my friends seem to get a new one every month with the same reason: 'Oh, the last one stopped working'. ;)

I never really used my smart phones that much anyway, so it's no real loss for me. The worst part of it was that the two that got broken were gifts, so I felt bad about that, but it was not like I broke them on purpose or was doing something silly to get them broken.

The journey is the reward. :) Super duper mega awesome game. Easy to get in to. And that's all the easy you'll find.

To be fair, I have a feeling most Welsh vets are just as competent as any other. I think every country has it's share of idiots.

Well of course newer phones break. How else will they sell you the new model they release every few months. :-)

Come now, everyone needs sleep, even Crow has sleep. There's nothing wrong with it, Owls love to sleep. Some Owls also love to attack Crows, but hopefully we won't have that trouble here. :-)

The owlet was doing well today, luckily !! we spent some nice time before she went to bed... she cried with anger for only about 4 minutes... ^^

I admit I'm pretty careful with stuff (particularly electronics) but I've never actually broken a phone... all my phones have lasted until I choose to upgrade them. To be honest very few things I've owned have ever broken...
Admittedly I don't work anywhere I'm at risk of being kicked or crushed by a horse :/
