ElTerprise: Hey Yez *big return hug*

Well i rolled my ankle when i headed downstairs yesterday - was a stupid situation...

How are you?
That happened to me once too. Not fun.

I'm good.

AgentBirdnest: I sympathize :-p
How about: Deus Ex, The Blackwell games, Tropico, Torchlight, Medal of Honor, Shadowrun, Earth 21xx series, or Stardew Valley? [/random ideas] :-)
Some good recs, I really do need to pick up Stardew Valley and the Blackwell games haha. I do have Hong Kong to playthrough, and the original Deus Ex....hm. Oh wait, Downfall! I've been meaning to play it for two weeks now, so this morning is the er...night? :P

Howdy to everyone here :D

Hey Agent *big hug*
How are you doing?

Any ideas/suggestions for the weekly staff picks?
So far (about an hour in) Downfall (Redux) is mostly true to the original. The intro has been slightly changed, and there are some new sequences and puzzles but the core dialogue and events are still there. I'm really liking it so far, although Ivy's voice acting leaves a bit to be desired (in terms of both delivery and audio fidelity) but that's a minor gripe.

Not feeling very well today. Nothing serious, just the usual mood stuff.
How are things on your end?

I think the staff picks will be French games :-)
I asked it before, I ask again:
Since when Diablo 1+2+3 and Mechwarrior series are on top of the Community Wishlist (most voted games ever)?

Top 3 used to be Grim Fandango and System Shock 2 and 1.

Well System Shock 1 and 2 are fulfilled and i recall that GOG decided to consider the Grim Fandango one as fulfilled when the Remastered arrived....

Because people are not voting for the games anymore since they are marked as complete? And given that there is an option that hides completed entries people might not even see them anymore.

Yes, but that's not what I've asked. Grim Fandago had about 45k votes and was the most voted game ever, folowed by SS 2 and SS 1 (it doesn't matter these votes were fulfilled).
I noticed, 1-2 weeks ago, that Diablo 1+2+3 climbed to first place and Mechwarrior to second place. I'm sure a few months ago those games hadn't even 20k votes and now they have 47-48k votes? How the hell did that happen?

Hehe, I notice that too, even though System Shock 2 was here, number of votes continued to rise :) Still, see above.

Probably because someone from gog staff was playing with the wishlist and merged entries. So the votes got added up. They sometimes do that ;-)

Yes. I kinda forgot the second part of my post. Sorry...
But as Moon already said it's likely that this happened because of some wishlist cleaning. Although there are still multiple entires for Diablo and Mechwarrior so probably they're not done with that....

It looks like it's the same with C&C - The Ultimate Collection. I'm pretty sure that one had way less votes not too long ago...
