CarrionCrow: Sorry to hear that. It sucks taking pills because you have to. But at least now it might help with the pain.

Can't complain here. It's still hot as hell, but I know I've still got at least 7 more weeks of that bullshit.

Almost. Every side thing has been done for the hunting missions, which I'm not doing because I refuse to wander aimlessly around the map hoping for monsters to randomly spawn.
Think I've got two more mini-bosses to deal with, then it'll be the end-game story mission stuff.
After that, it's the two DLC things and I'm done.
Yep - but i want to get rid of that headache asap....
It annoys me because i planned to continue to become the Road Warrior :)

Oh that sucks.... :|

Ah i see. I've noticed those hunting challenges why i played Shadow of Mordor. Although i've never seen the beasts i was supposed to hunt...oh well sounds like an annoying mechanic.
Question is how long the story DLCs are :)

FearfulSymmetry: Hey ElT, hope your headache settles down soon.
Hey *big hug*
Thanks - i hope that the aspirine will help...
How are you ?

FearfulSymmetry: Good evening to you too! How are you doing?

Yeah, or he learned how to drink water from a bowl just to spite the dog by drinking from her bowl ... He likes to wash his feet in her water bowl as well, just to make a point. And yep, he's definitely a luxury-cat, so there might be some truth to that. For instance, he'll only beg for our expensive meat, not for the cheap stuff. :P
Can't complain here. Normal days, just rolling around. How've you been?

-laughs- They learned, just so they could assert dominance. Yep, total cat move.

You'll get there. It's not fun trying to play with a skull-splitting headache.

I was fine with it until the 8th hunting challenge. Then it got very annoying, very fast.

Howlongtobeatthis.com posts the average completion time for both at about 3 hours apiece.

I know - i've done that once some years ago...needless to say that it wasn't really a great experience :)

Good to know - but then those challenges tend to annoy pretty fast - i don't mind doing (repetitive) side stuff - i mean i'm currently playing Mad Max - which is basically Just Cause 2 Wasteland Edition aka Side stuff the Game but i hate those challenges based on random events....

At least you're not doing things like cranking music up loudly in your ears like I do sometimes with a bad headache. ;)

Grindy stuff is fine. Goes with the territory. Once it turns into totally random shit, though, that's when I stop caring.
Same shit happened with Sleeping Dogs. Did absolutely everything in that game aside from the random bits.

Sounds okay - and better as the Harley Quinn DLC from City.... (still really disappointed by that - it even spoiled me for Origins. Still haven't played its story DLC)

It's not that easy when listening to some relaxing Jazz as i'm currently doing ;)

Exactly. Same with GTA btw. It also had random encounters like Sleeping Dogs (at least i think the encounters are the random bits you're talking about - otherwise i cannot remember anything else which was random in SD aside from the randomly generated police missions...)
But as long as they're not mandatory for progress or 100% they're tolerable - otherwise not...

Yep, hopefully that will do something for the pain ... *hug* My day's been fine, we moved in some of my new furniture and assembled my bed. I was however clumsy enough to accidentally scrape the skin off the back of my heels ... :P

I've been fine, working on getting all my stuff to my new place and assembling it. I'm super tired now, though, and my muscles kind of hurt, so I'll probably just go to bed now. xD

Yup. When we first got the dog the cat would make it a point to eat from the dog bowl before the dog whenever she got food. Not because he liked the food, but just because he wanted to show her who was boss.

Ouch I'm sorry. :( I hope it goes away soon. I'm doing alright watching some movies.

Origins sucks shit. You're not missing a thing.

Anything random is bullshit. It's a piss poor form of game padding.

Ugh...that sounds like...not fun...

Of course. That's a cat for you. Bitchy and domineering all the time.

Well i know...i've finished it..but have you also played the story DLC. After i spoke with omega about it i'm willing to give it a chance eventually...

It's a cheap way of getting people occupied in a game...

Hm.. haven't seen that one yet. Shouldn't be a problem to get that one though - unlike its sequel which is banned here.
